Rachel is a registered patent attorney and has experience in intellectual property matters, including trademark and patent prosecution, licensing, and counseling clients regarding protection and privacy of intellectual property portfolios. Rachel also has represented a diverse group of clients in corporate transactional law and litigation. She has represented clients in state and federal courts, mediation and at trial in cases involving products liability, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences. Rachel has also served as local counsel for high profile national products liability cases in multi-district litigation.
In her practice, Rachel draws on her considerable legal experience in litigation and transactions, as well as practical experience gained from 10 years as a molecular and cellular biologist.
Rachel is the first author and co-author of numerous peer reviewed scientific journal and legal articles and publications.
